Please bring your cat in a secured carrier to your appointment. This is for your pet’s safety. If you are bringing multiple cats, please bring each cat in a separate carrier. 

Please note that no service is guaranteed due to the unpredictable and sometimes explosive nature of cats. We absolutely will not push your cat past their limits, as stressing a cat past its threshold could result in adverse health effects, including injury 

(both to your cat and/or the groomer) or even death. 

Cats are sensitive creatures and are more prone to stress-induced cardiac complications, so we do everything we can to keep your cat’s stress to a minimum, including offering breaks if needed, calming pheromone sprays, aromatherapy, Homeopathic stress relief liquid (with owner authorization only), or we may need to alter or eliminate certain aspects of the groom that your cat is unable to tolerate. In cases of severe stress or aggression, we may need to send your cat home and re-schedule for another time. 

In the event your cat’s groom needs to be altered or terminated early, you will only be charged for the amount of work that was able to be done.
